I WILL NEVER KICK A WOMAN!
PERSONALITY
Sanji's defining trait, the one Oda shoved down our throats during this rescue Sanji arc, is his kindness. This overall impression of kindness is not just a singular trait however. It's an accumulation of quirks, flaws, and principles that were only able to achieve harmony after Sanji set sail with the Straw Hat Pirates.
The cook's formative years were spent being constantly reminded that he was a useless failure who was better off dead than left alive to taint his family's name. As any child would, he took this to heart, and he's never been able to shake it completely. Sanji only values his life in so much as it is useful to others. Even his ultimate dream to find the legendary All Blue culminates in his being able to prepare better, more varied food for the ones he loves rather than any personal gain. Because what makes him happiest is to make others happy. He will always put others first. This has led to numerous attempts to sacrifice himself for his guardian, crew mates, women, and others whom he can't help but empathize with. Most recently, he's gone as far as putting himself in the line of fire in order to save the very family who used and abused him, even after they threaten everyone Sanji loves. He doesn't even have to like someone in order to risk his life for them; he can downright despise them. He will make sure they know he hates their guts, but even so, he'll still aggressively save their sorry asses. For Sanji, it's not about doing the right thing or being a good person; it's about being a man that will make his true family proud.
Knowing how many sacrifices he was forced to make for his cruel family, it makes sense that the first man to sacrifice himself for Sanji's sake instantly won his loyalty and respect. Chef Zeff, the man Sanji considers to be his true father, beat his own morals and principles into Sanji's thick skull quite literally. He taught Sanji how to fight, how to cook, and how to appreciate life for all its precious fragility. He instilled in the boy "how to be a man" by always treating women well and feeding anyone who is hungry. Sanji lived to be acknowledged by him as a child. Now he lives to make him proud. Zeff's code of conduct has become his own, and to this day, he refuses to hurt a woman or leave even an enemy to starve. It's nearly killed him and has caused his precious crew mates trouble more than once, but they accept and appreciate it as an unyielding part of his character. This "kishido" or chivalry of his exemplifies the core of his identity. Though working with Zeff's thuggish staff in order to combat trouble-making pirates has culminated in a hard outer coating characterized by a crude demeanor and gratuitous cursing, Sanji would rather die than betray that soft, chewy heart of chivalry.
For outside observers, Sanji's most obvious trait is undoubtedly his weakness to women. It goes far beyond being unable to hurt them. Sanji is absolutely obsessed with women and likes to think of himself as a suave ladies man. He is anything but. Viola, whose ability allows her to read minds, is slapped in the face with this unfortunate fact when she tries to use Sanji to gain information on the Straw Hat Pirates and instead is bombarded by a litany of erotic thoughts and fantasies. Even while bound, wounded, and captured by the enemy, all he's thinking about is Viola herself - how soft she'd feel in bed, certainly, but also how he can save her. Luckily for everyone around him, he does have a filter for his more perverted thoughts - most of the time - and they usually remain just that, thoughts. The energy he gets from looking at a beautiful woman is put to use complimenting, pampering, protecting, and serving that woman hand and foot long before she ever allows him to touch her. This means he ends up being used by quite a few women who know his reputation, but his attitude doesn't change even when he discovers their plans. Once he gets over the initial shock, he doesn't seem to mind at all, immediately forgiving even the harshest of abuse heaped upon him. He's the type of man who can (and does) look the woman who is going to kill him in the eye and tell her she's beautiful with complete sincerity.
Aside from these stubborn quirks, Sanji is surprisingly levelheaded for a One Piece character. He's confident as well as independent enough to act on his observations at a moment's notice, and yet the only time he'll act without thinking is when he's surprised by a gorgeous woman. Though he goofs off and has quite a temper while the coast is clear, in the heat of battle, he's very aware of the big picture and eager to exploit his options. He's impersonated enemies in order to report that his friends were killed when they weren't, disappeared during an all-out skirmish in order to cause a whirlpool that trapped the marine ships chasing his crew, and secretly sabotaged the main engine of an enemy airship so that even after he was defeated in battle he could allow his crew mates to escape. He consistently thinks outside of the shounen protagonist bubble. In fact, his fighting specialization is in Observation Haki over Armament Haki, making his ability to sit tight and assess the situation from every angle rather invaluable when he's working with his brutally straightforward captain and first mate.
Because he is able to think several steps ahead, he also ends up as something of a babysitter for other members of the crew who don't. Looking after others, though it's not something he aspires to outside of the women in his life, always seems to be the role he finds himself in. Despite how loudly he will complain when his charges are male, he will still do everything in his power - both physical and mental - to make sure the people in his care are safe and sound. From something as minor as teaching Chopper, the youngest member of the Straw Hats, how to live like a man to something as major as leaping into a poisoned lake in order to retrieve a complete stranger's missing torso, Sanji just can't seem to leave anyone who's struggling alone. And as he himself states, once you've interfered in someone else's business, it's your responsibility to finish what you've started. Sanji more than anyone else aboard the Thousand Sunny considers it his responsibility to ensure the day-to-day health of his companions.
He is, after all, their chef.
ABILITIES
Sanji is the third member of the monster trio, the Straw Hat Pirates' main fighting force. His strength and speed are immense, and his threshold for pain is out of this world. His "Black Leg Style" martial art relies on leg strength above all, but it requires perfect balance, agility, flexibility, and upper body strength as well.
Because Sanji rarely uses weapons, he has to rely on body strength and endurance to ensure the force of impact he needs. For that purpose, he's trained his entire body to the extreme. His kicks have sent giant crocodiles and sea monsters flying, and he's even hunted a dinosaur with ease. His inhuman endurance has allowed him to survive both lightning strikes and the pressure of 5000 feet below sea level without permanent damage. The pain these things cause him isn't nonexistent; he's simply trained himself to push past it until his body reaches its utmost limit. When he does finally succumb to his injuries, he displays the typical shounen protag trait of seemingly being able to recover with nothing but some sleep and a feast. Unlike his captain, however, just because he can act like he's recovered doesn't mean he is.
Though his power is admirable, Sanji's greatest skill lies in his speed. He's always been fast, but desperation and determination have driven him to keep pushing until he can dodge bullets at point blank range. While trying to escape Big Mom's territory, he even dashes between two fighters in order to attack one and rescue the woman he's taken hostage without either fighter seeing him before he kicks away. This ridiculous speed leads to his latest techniques "Sky Walk" and "Blue Walk." By kicking the air or water repeatedly at great speeds, he can run with no ground beneath him.
As a cook, he prides himself in his mastery of fire, and in typical One Piece fashion, he takes that pride to absurd heights. In order to enhance his kicks, Sanji is able to heat his own legs by spinning rapidly. His legs burn hot enough to glow from red to white and set fire to whomever or whatever they impact. He calls this technique "Diable Jambe." Sanji can also set his whole body ablaze by revisiting his traumatic experiences in the Kamabakka Queendom, a technique he affectionately terms "Hell Memories."
Finally, Sanji is a user of haki, One Piece's spiritual energy force. Observation Haki is his specialty, and he utilizes it often. It has allowed him to search for items and people too far away to see, identify and dodge projectiles, and even detect a person's sincerity. This ability is how he is able to see that Captain Tashigi has lost her fight against Vergo and come to her aid despite having been nowhere near the fight while it was occurring. He essentially "saw" her crying. Along with Observation Haki, Sanji can also use Armament Haki to harden his legs when he kicks and to block attacks. This ability is important in the One Piece universe as it is the only way to combat a Logia devil fruit user - people who can turn their bodies into flames or lightning or even gas. Armament Haki forces these elements back into a tangible form upon impact.
IN-DEPTH PERMISSIONS
OBSERVATION HAKI. Sanji can use both Armament and Observation Haki, but the latter is his specialty. It allows him to sense auras, dodge projectiles, and even discern a person's emotions to an extent, though only when he's actively using it. Examples of this include (1) Sanji being able to locate a human body part in the dark depths of a contaminated lake by distinguishing the body part's aura from the surrounding fish, (2) dodging a projectile aimed at him from outside of his vision by sensing the bullet itself and thus its trajectory, and (3) perceiving a marine captain's tears after she lost a battle with the man who betrayed her despite that he was no where near the fight when it actually occurred. If your character would have any defenses against this, would have a particularly striking or unique aura, etc. please let me know!
FLIRTING/WOMANIZING. I'm sorry he's so dumb. Sanji will fawn over any woman he considers beautiful, and he will do so endlessly. From being able to determine any woman's three sizes by sight to ogling the slightest amount of cleavage to nearly dying from nose bleed gags, he can be cringe-worthy at times. If you'd rather opt out of this behavior, I will happily avoid it when I tag you! On the other hand, if you'd enjoy Sanji going gaga for your character or play a character who'd take advantage of it etc. I'd like to hear that too.

Your character's aura? Hoooly shit evil. Sanji could easily sense it as the blackest and most intensely angry and foul aura he might have ever seen.
Your character's weapons? When not wielding magic in general, her main weapon is a black rapier with a basket hilt that looks like a thorned vine. It's magically formed from her own blood and filled with all the Abyssal evil and thirst for blood that she herself is. She often isn't visibly carrying it but can summon it to make it appear, or make it change shape into another type of weapon, and attacking with it inflicts necrosis all around the wound.
Your character's emotions? Your best bet here is to read tag descriptions. If Caedra doesn't seem to be intentionally deceptive, it's fine for him to sense her emotions - but lying and deception is something she's particularly skilled at. She doesn't always bother though. I guess if you have questions just check in with me via plurk or PM.
Flirting/Womanizing? So far so good! I'm not worried about this, let Sanji be Sanji to his maximum Sanji, it's pretty funny.

Your character's aura? Mercurial, fiery, hot, if those are things that he could get out of her? Sanji might even be able to notice that she's not human, though I don't know if that'll mean he can sense her synthetic components (skeleton, heart, and brain).
Your character's weapons? While Rey is proficient in firearms and melee combat, her primary weapons that I guess one would be able to sense in any way would be her ability to manipulate heat, capable of causing targets to burst into flames. This makes her immune to heat as well, since she's a walking furnace.
Your character's emotions? Rey can be pretty emotional, so I'd say her feelings are fair game. Anything I write in the prose descriptions is free for Sanji to notice if he's actively sensing them at the time.
Flirting/Womanizing? Go for it. Rey is gay as heck but that's not something that she advertises or anything because feelings are ridiculous. She'll definitely shoot down any advances, but I think Sanji might be used to that.

Your character's aura? Go right ahead! On it's own, her aura would probably feel old, not quite human, and very earthy/calming.
Your character's weapons? She has none. She is under a curse, though, so that's something that he might be able to sense. It doesn't really work how it's supposed to in Hadriel, but it tries to hide her and anything that would indicate her presence from people. So if she were to ever vanish near him, he would probably still be able to sense that she's there. Some of her other abilities are growth and healing, so he's welcome to sense those, too.
Your character's emotions? Sanji is more than welcome to sense them! Anything in brackets is fair game. As a note, her feelings (and those near her) are occasionally twisted by the curse mentioned above.
Flirting/Womanizing? Go right ahead, 10/10 go full Sanji

Your character's aura? Sure! Lance's aura would probably be pretty calm and steady, but with an underlying humming energy to it; he's very intense and determined under the restrained exterior. He can also use magic, if that's something he'd be able to tell.
Your character's weapons? There's probably not a lot to sense since he uses a standard police pistol, but for the bullet trajectory and such go for it.
Your character's emotions? Possibly; Lance is pretty controlled and good at hiding things, but he's certainly not perfect. Just depends on the situation!
Flirting/Womanizing? N/A not a pretty lady
Your character? Connor
Your character's aura? Maybe??? He's an android, so at the very least he'd probably give off a stronger electrical field than a human, although I dunno if he'd have an aura in the usual sense.
Your character's weapons? Same as with Lance's answer; Connor has a police pistol
he seems to have stolen.Your character's emotions? Also maybe; Connor definitely feels real emotions, but they're a confusing mess and may be difficult to pick out. He doesn't have any defenses to this sort of thing though, so on that front go for it.
Flirting/Womanizing? N/A he's very pretty but also not a lady

Your character's aura? He can. It would be intense, purposeful, bright, but also have a sense of deep depth to it, a restlessness like a caged lion.
Your character's weapons? M66 Magnum Pistol, Grappling Hook Gun, and various knives that she's picked up. More likely to use the knives or hand to hand for combat. Will save her gun (ammo) and use the grappling hook only as a situation calls for it. Nothing special about any of them, and usually just carries a few knives.
Your character's emotions? He's more than welcome to. She is good at keeping some under wraps (sorrow) but anger/annoyance/frustration and such are easiest, as she can and does have a temper at times and acts on them. Not quite as abrupt as she used to be, but she isn't above punching. Teases now and then, but more subtle. Kinda still a work in progress when it comes to jokes/jests.
Flirting/Womanizing? Carolina says NO THANKS, but I am quite alright with it. She's more bark than bite these days
although she may still aim the butt of her gun at his face to hit him8]
